1) Customer may place order at Rajaborneo Honey page. Once you have selected the products you wish to order, method of delivery, you must pay including taxes if applicable, any applicable delivery charges. The payment must be paid in full at the time of ordering, all forms of payment are to be processed via payment gateway of the site.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Please take note the items are not refundable and returnable unless customer received the incorrect item, the product has been delivered in a damaged or defective condition (provided the defect products unused and in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it is first delivered to customer), the product is out of stock. Any returned and refund request will only be entertained with validated receipt and the items must be in original and good condition within 3 days of receiving the goods. Otherwise, we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim. Please inspect your items immediately and contact us on the same day if item is defective, damaged or wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue immediately. There will be possibilities that the items will have scratches or dented during delivery caused by shipping by the service provider, but we will try our best to wrap and in good condition before we shipped out. CANCELLATION POLICY We may cancel the order in event the products is not available, we will notify you if this is the case and will return any payment you have made into customer's bank account. Refund will be credited into customer's bank account depending on the period of time your financial institution required to arrange for refund. You are not allowed to cancel the order once a confirmation of order is issued. If certain products is not available , you may choose the following options upon notification by email or sms a) To replace the unavailable products item with another item that is equivalent in value and proceed with the remaining order, or b) Not to proceed with the order and to refund the full amount paid. Should you fail to respond to the notifications within seven (7) days, Rajaborneo Honey will cancel your order and full refund will be given in accordance to these terms and conditions.

DELIVERY POLICY

We will shipped the purchased item(s) within 2 to 5 working days upon receiving full payment. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. In event, the purchased item(s) is damaged, lost or failure during the course of delivery, buyer must acknowledge and agree that we will not be liable for any damage, expense or fees resulted therefrom.
